Individual bookings for public classes
- All sales are final. Refunds are not possible, but one time rescheduling is possible if email notice is given 14 days before the class.
- Cancellation within 14 days/No-Show: 100% charge. You are welcome to send someone else if you cannot come.
- Sherly’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel classes (infrastructure, personnel, operational issues etc). In this case, the class fee is fully refunded.
For Private Group Bookings:
- 4 weeks prior to event date: Full refund excluding credit card transaction fee from Stripe Switzerland
- 2 weeks to 4 weeks pre-event: 80% charge
- Within 2 weeks of event date: 100% charge
