Do I need to make a reservation to participate in a class?
Yes, a reservation is required. The easiest is to BOOK ONLINE.
Please show up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If we do not offer the desired date and time in our booking system, please contact us and we can discuss the details.
What is the minimum age to participate?
Unless the class is specified as a children’s class, unaccompanied class attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
Children 13 years and older may attend accompanied by a responsible adult (1 adult per child).
Do you use cheese made of unpasteurized milk in the cheese tasting class?
Yes, almost 80% of Swiss cheese is made of unpasteurized milk. That’s why the cheeses of Switzerland are delicious and aromatic.
Swiss dairy farms and cheese manufacturers are famous for its high quality control standards.
Are your classes fit for vegetarians?
We can prepare alternatives for vegetarians. Please let us know when you book.
I am allergic to some food ingredients. Can you prepare alternatives?
Please contact us so we can discuss what you are allergic to and what would be the alternatives.
Is there a minimum number of participants to run the class?
Yes – four people for our public classes. Most of the time this number is met.
Can I bring someone to watch me take the class?
No, we have limited space. Those who want to come and be in the class needs to pay the class fee.
Can we have a private class?
Yes, it can be arranged. Please contact us via CONTACT FORM or give us a call.
