In this class we will make Bibimbap – one of the most popular and beloved Korean dishes; a bowl of white rice topped with various vegetables, meat, and a sunny-side-up egg. It was listed on the World’s 50 most delicious foods readers’ poll compiled by CNN Travel in 2011
We will also make two side dishes; 3 types of Jeon (vegetables in egg batter) and crunchy Cucumber Kimchi.
To finish off the class, we will make a hand-kneaded strawberry rice cake – soft, chewy and perfectly refreshing!
PS. All menus can be adapted to vegetarians.
